What is the 学费支付计划?

澳门新葡京博彩 uses the vendor NelNet Business Solutions to offer a tuition payment plan to students. NelNet sets the short enrollment period in which you may use the payment plan each term.

The enrollment period dates can be found at 波尔克.edu on the 学费支付计划 web page.

The 学费支付计划 can cover tuition and fees, but it doesn’t cover textbooks.

Can I enroll in the 学费支付计划 for FASTRACK classes?

I am enrolled in the 学费支付计划, and I made a change to my schedule. 我该怎么办??

  • Your plan balance will not automatically update if your financial aid is received or you drop or add classes.
  • Review your agreement online at mypaymentplan.com.
  • Contact NelNet to change your agreement at 800.609.8056.
  • Have your agreement number ready when calling.
  • Your agreement number is on the confirmation page you received when you signed up. NelNet also sent it to the e-mail address you gave them.
  • Dates, deadlines, 退款s, and cancellations are set by Nelnet.        

I am enrolled in the 学费支付计划 and dropped a class or classes. 我的呢? 退款?

  • NelNet 退款s are made within 60 business days after the drop day of the term.
  • Refunds are disbursed to your selected 退款 preference with BankMobile.

My financial aid has come in, but the 学费支付计划 is still taking payments out. W我该怎么做??

  • When you receive your financial aid, contact NelNet at 800.609.8056 and let them know that you need to cancel your agreement.
  • Have your agreement number when you call.
  • Your agreement number is on the confirmation page you received when you signed up. NelNet also sent it to the e-mail address you gave them.
  • Dates, deadlines, 退款s, and cancellations are set by Nelnet.        

I can’t pay 100% of my tuition. Can I make a partial payment to 澳门新葡京博彩?

No, we’re unable to accept partial payments. Use the 学费支付计划.         

Can I get an extension on my fee payment due date?

No, 澳门新葡京博彩 policy does not issue fee-payment extensions.         

Steps to Enroll in the 学费支付计划

  1. You must be enrolled in classes first.
  2. 登录PASSPORT.
  3. Click on 学费支付计划 from the My Financials menu or select 学费支付计划 when choosing a payment method.
  4. A new plan is required each term.
  5. The earlier you sign up the more options you have and the lower your enrollment fee and down payment.
  6. You cannot add existing Polk State debt to your plan.
  7. An active e-mail and a method of payment for your down payment are required.

NOTE: The enrollment fee is non-退款able.

If payment and fees are not kept current, you may be dropped from your tuition payment plan and you will owe the entire tuition and fees to the College. You will receive a 退款 of all payments minus non­退款able fees from Nelnet by 澳门新葡京博彩 60 days after the last day of the add and drop period for the main term session.
